Why your fingers make popping sound when you bend them

Fingers making popping sound while bending

The reason is very simple, due to release of nitrogen gas from your joints..yes it is true!! We have a fluid between our joints called synovial fluid which lubricates our joint from wear and tear.

So when you bend your fingers then there is change in pressure and this fluid releases gas bubbles. When this bubble strikes to your joint and burst then it makes popping sound. Sounds cool but wait?? It will take around 20 minutes to make your finger pops again.

Pro tip-If you have this bad habbit then leave it today coz it has very bad health consequences
